  • Schedule 'Open Houses'.
  • Arrange showings for other agents.
  • Contact you regularly with verbal progress reports.
  • Review marketing activity on a regular basis.
  • Pre-qualify potential buyers.
  • Present and discuss all offers on the property.
  • Negotiate the transaction with buyer or buyer’s agent.
  • Finalize the closing.
